Keystone Capital targets multifamily assets of around 100 to 350 units in emerging middle markets in the United States that generate superior low risk returns. The firm’s industry expertise and experience will bring knowledge and operational insight specific to each investment. This will permit the firm to effectively asses opportunities and develop business plans for each asset to enhance performance and increase cash flow.

Investment Strategy

Keystone Capital’s investment objective is to acquire high-quality, income-producing multifamily assets at below market value by using strategic financial analysis thus understanding the true value of the prospective assets. Reasonable leverage will be used to purchase properties below market value so that a positive cash flow is generated after the payment of debt service.

 

Keystone Capital optimizes the value of acquired properties by addressing physical and operational issues through assertive asset management. All owned properties will be rehabilitated as required in order to provide the best living conditions possible to the tenants and to increase property market value.
 

Investors will receive monthly or quarterly cash flow based on the percentage of ownership of each investment. Additionally the firm will return equity to investors from the sale of these assets.
